Any place to learn how to profit from Canada foreclosure properties?

I am told there are abundant opportunities to make money from foreclosure here. Is there some course i can follow ?

1. There is a lot of Canada and there might be abundant opportunity someplace but I don't see it in Toronto. Around here you'd better have lots of cash to back up any deal you want to make. I did get some e-mail about this, but it was a cut and paste from the US situation. The only abundant opportunity there was to get money from Canadian suckers.
2. Your on the right track. With the current market situation there are many opportunities for savvy investors to take advantage. I'm not aware of a course as such but there are many books and EBooks that provide good, concise and relevant information. There is also a lot that are pure rubbish. One of the better ones I've read is 10 Month Real Estate Millionaire. Don't be fooled by the title, it's going to take longer than 10 months but the information is relevant to todays market place and touches on foreclosure opportunities. 3. Yes, there are lots of opportunities for foreclosed homes, Canada. I bought a course recently and they were teaching how to get premium foreclosure homes in BC and Alberta. Although I'm supposed to be an experience real estate agent, I was surprised at learning so much info, the kind you can say are insider secrets. If you are thinking of foreclosure homes or properties in Canada, you should look into this.
