How do I find market value of a specific house in my neighbourhood in Toronto, Canada? Please only serious answers

To get an educated guess you hire a professional appraiser. You can get a rough idea from recent comps of similar home in the same area. There are other thinks to take into account.
2. You can determine what other similar houses in the same area have sold for recently. You can do this with a Real Estate Agent free.
